I am writing to thank you for the opportunity to communicate with our students, who are looking forward to your lecture. Also I am writing this email to give you the information you requested about your upcoming talk at our school.

First, our school thanks you for the opportunity. Meeting with a sports star is an incredible event for students. We gathered with the guys and discussed the date of the meeting. As for the date of your visit, we would prefer the 11th of June as students write the math exam on the 12th of June.

I hope you will be comfortable on this date? In case of unforeseen situations, we can always move this event to a more appropriate date, depending on your mode and employment.

Second, I want to tell you about the guys who will listen to your lecture. We decided to gather all high school students for this event. Among them will be about 400 people aged 15 to 18 years. These students study in high school and think seriously about their future lives. So, many people want to become athletes, volleyball players, coaches, physical education teachers. What do you think about their choice ? What did you want to be as a child?

In addition, our students are interested in many sports. They especially like to play football and basketball on the Playground, exercise in the gym. Many of them are engaged in sports clubs in our city. So, most guys go either to football or to fight. Many girls go to volleyball and dancing.

In conclusion, I would like to ask you to tell us how to remain strong in spite of everything. This will be useful to all. After all, at the moment it is so important to learn not to give up anything for the sake of achieving your goal. this skill isn't only useful in sports, is it?
