Sport unites people. (Сочинения ЕГЭ английский язык)

There is no doubt that sport is the one of the essential part of our life. Some people think that doing sports is harmful to any kind of relationships, whereas others disagree with it.

In my opinion, sport makes bonds between friends, families and other humans only stronger. Firstly, people engage in activities together. It helps find common interests and people always have topics to talk about. Secondly, some competitions are organized in different countries. Therefore, athletes have an opportunity both building closer relationships with each other due to bright memories and making new foreign friends, who will support in any situations in the future.

Nevertheless, the opponents of this point of view argue that sport do more harm than good because your friends may envy because of your success, become the worst enemies and friendship will be lost forever, which will only bring suffering.

However, I do not agree with the above statement.

If you have true friends, the relationship will never fall apart. On the contrary, these people will encourage and support you every time either you will take the first place or suffer from defeating.

In conclusion, even though there is the opinion that sport does not unite people, I firmly believe that doing sports is a great method to make us felling together.
