Some people claim that the youth care about healthy eating not less than their parents, while others presume that teenagers do not eat healthy food as well as their relatives. Now I would like to express my point of view on this issue.

I strongly believe that young people are less interested in healthy eating than their parents. Firstly, nowadays the youth goes to fast-food restaurants because they can eat quickly there and like that kind of meal more than fruit or vegetables.

Secondly, today teenagers have bad habits like smoking and alcoholism because they think that it helps them to be above other ones, so healthy eating is not the important thing for them.

However, there is another side to the issue. My opponents presume that young people are interested in healthy eating no less than their parents because there is balanced nutrition at schools. Almost every day pupils can eat correct meals there.

Nevertheless, in spite of this convincing argument, I strongly believe that, in fact, at school meals are not always cooked from fresh food. For instance, not all students eat there at all.

In conclusion, the issue raised in the essay is rather controversial. Nonetheless, I would like to say that the youth disregard healthy eating, so they should pay more attention to that.

Thanks for your recent letter. It was great to hear from you again. I’m sorry, I haven’t answered earlier because I was busy at school.

In your letter you asked me about my investigating the past. I’m interested in the period of the Ottoman Empire because there were a lot of historical moments of sultan Suleiman’s life. The Internet, various books and films really help me learn about it. I presume, curiosity and purposefulness are important skills for students to investigate the past.

By the way, I want to ask you some questions about the museum. Where is it located? What is the museum dedicated to? Is the entrance paid or free?
