The theme of health is extremely important nowadays and causes great arguments and controversy

Eating healthy food is considered to be enough to stay healthy, while others claim that it is not enough.

I strongly believe that just healthy food is not enough to be healthy because it has numerous evidences. First of all, healthy food can not prevent such illnesses as cold and infection. In other words, a person can not get rid of serious illnesses just eating healthy food. Secondly, eating healthy food can not allow you to strengthen your immune system. Namely. It is easy to catch a disease even if a person eat healthy food. That is why only healthy food cannot let a person stay healthy.

On the contrary, there is a reason why it could be enough. Healthy food contains all the necessary vitamins and minerals which are extremely important to be healthy. For example, vegetables and fruit provide a person with all vitamins that are significantly essential to stay healthy.

I can not fully agree with the above mentioned opinion.

When a person is ill, eating healthy food will be not the best way to treat him or her. Without medicine and injections it is very difficult to treat a person. Thus, eating healthy food is not enough.

All in all, despite of the opponent’s opinion, I am still convinced that eating healthy food is not enough to stay healthy.
