Survival… There are different points of view on this matter. Some people say modern people cannot withstand challenges of wildlife whereas others believe it is quite possible to do if you know how.

As far as I am concerned, survival is very difficult for city dwellers. To begin with, not everyone knows how to defend themselves from the wildlife. Moreover, there can be some information on survival in the books but if you have read them inattentively once, you will have forgotten everything by that moment.

In addition, nowadays people living in the towns that provide safety use their opportunity to have a carefree life.

In contrast, there is an opinion that there is a chance for the modern person to survive as people have not lost all the skills of their ancestors who lived in caves and forests. Then, such people also admit that at critical moments, the human body reacts with adrenaline rushes that make it possible for a person to get a second wind.

In fact, I cannot agree with them because every person needs time to translate knowledge into action to learn how to survive. Actually, a person will not be able to survive with a lack of communication with the outside world.

In conclusion, I would like to state that survival is very hard since modern people are accustomed to modern technologies so even a day without the Internet is a challenge for them.
