I was very glad to get your letter. I should have written earlier but I have been busy at school.

During my life I have changed literature tastes a lot of times. For now I like reading historical and diplomacy literature, and for pleasure I prefer some mysterious or horror stories. In my opinion, the most interesting period of Russian history is the end of XIX the beginning of XX centuries.

It is interesting for me from the view of diplomatic, economical course, national ideological organisation and much more. If there were a time machine, I would visit Ancient Greece.

What was your birthday celebration this year like? Have you celebrated it with your friends or family? How old are you? Unfortunately, I have to go now. Hope to hear from you soon.

«Every city and every town should have a zoo”

Nowadays, zoo is a great place to spend pleasant time with family or friends. It is nice to come there and see animals from different parts of the world. But is it necessary to have it in every city and town?

In my opinion, there is no need to have a zoo in every locality. First of all, there is simply not enough animals to supply all towns and cities. Secondly, it is always bad for animals to live in artificial zones and if they will grow animals will just suffer.

In a contrast, there exists another point of view. A lot of people say that small towns need more places of interest and a zoo is a good idea.

I cannot agree with the opinion above. I believe that small towns have there own natural habits and zoos are not that necessary there. Moreover, small towns have their unique places of interest, such as green parks, less polluted pond and etc.

In conclusion, I would like to point out that a zoo first of all is a place where animals are usually treated badly and if they had a choice they would like to live a free life in their natural habits. From my point of view there should not be more zoos at all.
