school’s role in shaping one’s personality is more important than family’s one (Сочинения ЕГЭ английский язык)It’s common knowledge that school’s role in shaping one’s personality is more important than family’s one. In this essay I will express my opinion on this matter and try to reason it. Personally, I believe that school’s role in shaping one’s personality is enormous. Firstly, school makes children well-educated and skillful, because it gives them all necessary knowledge for the future life and broadens their minds. Secondly, school develops in the young generation the best qualities of a well-mannered person as it teach them moral norms accepted in the society. However, some people will not agree with me. They claim that family is a first step on the way of socialization, because from the first minutes of their life children stay with their parents and they exactly educate and take part in shaping their individuality. Moreover, most young people have the best relationship with their parents than their teachers. In my opinion, this approach is vulnerable to criticism as family doesn’t help to expanse children’s circle of communication, but school does. School helps youngsters to make friends and become more communicative. Furthermore, they learn to deal with other people and accept someone else’s point of view or protect their one. To conclude, I can deduce that school’s participation in shaping one’s personality is more important than family’s one, because it helps children to become comprehensively developed and interesting people.
