Children's growing up - should parents be strict or not? Воспитание (Сочинения ЕГЭ английский язык)

Research shows that most people think strict parenting produces better-behaved kids. However, there are others suppose that parents do not have to put their children under pressure, because it can lead to consequences.

As far as I am concerned, parents should train their kids strictly because it makes them discipline, diligent and determined that will help them in future career. What is also important such kids have their minds right and get used to work under pressure since childhood,

However, there are some people who do not share my opinion. They claim that children raised strictly miss the chance to be self-confident and have tendencies toward anger and depression. Moreover, they believe limits and education measures as house arrest may take away kids’ hobby or even dream.

Personally, I cannot agree with the above mentioned opinion. To my mind, soft attitude to children may affect on them.

It seems to me they can grow selfish, lazy and rebellious. In addition, kids who was brought up properly know their place and are able to make their point at the same time.

To sum up, I would like to point out that although some people think parents should not be strict with kids, there are supporters of another point of view. I am sure, strict upbringing help child in all aspects and wish our government would be more interested in the educational questions.
