It is common knowledge nowadays that volunteering becomes more and more popular among people from all over the world. The important issue is whether teens should be involved in such activity or participation in volunteering is unnecessary for them.

In my opinion, young people should definitely take part in different charity projects. To start with, working as a volunteer means a great opportunity to make new friends and useful relationships which can be really handy in the future. Moreover, volunteering helps gain important skills such as critical thinking skills and responsibility, so these characteristics make teen more confident and successful in school and in the future life.

Nevertheless, there are some people who think that it is better for teens to avoid involvement in volunteering.

They claim that this activity can cause a serious conflict among young people, because they are immature and cannot easily get along with each other while working in the team.

Secondly, they are convinced that it is more reasonable for teens to concentrate on more important things such as studying and choosing a career path instead of clogging your head with different ideas and plans how to make other persons` lives better.

I completely disagree with this viewpoint. I strongly believe that any experience that teen gets from interaction with people will help him solve problems in adulthood.

esides, it doesn’t take a lot of time to pay attention and try to change our world to the better because it is our future too.

In conclusion, I want to emphasize that volunteering plays a great role in teenagers lives so it is really essential for them.
