Some of them believe that a healthy diet is the only thing that makes humans healthy, while others argue that healthy lifestyle includes some other elements. From my point of view, it is not enough to eat healthy food to stay healthy. Firstly, it is necessary to take care of your body doing different activities, for example, going to the gym and planning your day correctly according to humans biological rhythms help people be in a good shape. Secondly, a person can eat healthy food and have some bad habits at the same time. Smoking, playing computer games or using a smartphone all day long, going to bed late and other kinds of harmful activities destroy human's body, physical and emotional state. However, there are people who consider that a good eating style is enough for strong health. In their opinion, food is the most essential thing that people need for better quality of life. All vitamins ana substances are contained in organic and GMO-free products. Thus, only healthy diet helps people live longer and stay beautiful, cheerful and strong. Personally, I cannot fully agree with my opponents. All people's habits and their lifestyle in general have a certain influence on their health. One should combine healthy eating with regular exercising, visiting doctors, cleaning one's house and positive thinking in order to have a strong body.
