I think that the weather is one of the most important factors that determine the way people feel and behave. First, people's mood changes with some changes in the weather. If the weather is sunny, people are in high spirits. If the weather is nasty, people are in low spirits. Second, there are people, who suffer from different weather conditions. They have high blood pressure. As a result, they feel weak and unhappy.

Third, some climatic phenomena may ruin people's plans. When the weather is rainy, we cannot organize a picnic.

The opponents say that there are more important factors than the weather that affect people's feelings and behavior. For example, a human factor. Sometimes people may spoil each other's mood. Moreover, modern technologies let people not depend on weather conditions.

I disagree with the opponents. You may always avoid angry and rude people by finding another company. In addition, modern technologies cannot solve all the problems. For example, people cannot stop winds, get rid of earthquakes or other natural disasters that make people absolutely unhappy.
