Older people have nothing to learn from young people (Сочинения ЕГЭ английский язык)

The modern world is changing rapidly. Nowadays, some people state that there are no important things that older people can learn from representatives of the younger generation, while others put forward the contrary idea.

From my point of view, young people can teach older people. Firstly, they adopt new technologies fast and can cexlain how to use it to older people. That can change lives of older people for the better. Secondly, young people are closer to innovations in social life as well as in art. If older people want to keep up with times they really need to learn from young people.

Nevertheless, there is a great number of people who believe that the only possible way of communication between different generations is when older people teach younger people.

They suppose, that older people have learnt many significant skills throught own experience. Consequently, older people are much better prepared for everyday life and should share these essential abilities with younger people.

However, I cannot agree with the above-mentioned opinion. As far as I know, young people can explain interesting and useful things to older people. There are a lot of new international words in all languages nowadays that separate older people from the rest of the world sometimes. In order understand modern movies and even labels on food products older people have to learn new words. Only younger people can improve matters in this particular sphere.

Taking everything into consideration, I am convinced that there is something beneficial that older people can adopt from younger people. Help of younger people improves quality of lives of older people.
