Filmgoers should rely on review when they choose a film to see (Сочинения ЕГЭ английский язык)

Nowadays there are different points of view on reading a description of movie before watching it. Some people think that filmgoers should rely on review when they choose a film to see. Others, on the contrary, complain that people should not rely on the retellings and views of somebody else. Let me express my own opinion.

To my mind, reading reviews is rather useless. First of all, people's points of view may differ. If a person appreciates or criticizes the film, it does not mean that other will have the same opinion. Secondly, reviews may contain spoilers. People can find essential information about the plot by reading the description and then they will not be interested in watching a movie. Also it takes a lot of time to read reviews.

However, there are people who have the opposing opinion.

They believe reading reviews is useful for filmgoers. Thank to them people can learn more facts about the movie. And this variation allows filmgoers to choose the film more properly and choose the right one relying on individual preferences. Moreover, people do not get negative emotions and do not spend money after browsing reviews.

Nevertheless, I disagree with these statements. Filmgoers may watch trailer before watching the movie to prepare for it. What is more, there are a lot of films that have got low ratings but seems to be exhilarating and vise a versa.

In conclusion, I would like to say that filmgoers should not rely only on reviews of others before watching film. They should choose it considering their own tastes, opinion and experience.
